چکیده

Introduction: Thyroid dysfunction (TD) and diabetes mellitus (DM) are the two most common chronic endocrine disorders with variable prevalence among different populations. Both insulin thyroid hormones affected by autoimmune pathology they do affect cellular metabolism, being a part of metabolic syndrome. However, correlations between T2DM TD have not yet been sufficiently defined, followed ambivalent results from previous studies. Objectives: The study was conducted to compare parameters patients those without AITD so as determine existence correlation these hormonal (TSH, FT4).Design methods: This documented observational case-control that included 31 subjects 25 AITD. Sessions were at Clinic for Internal Medicine University Clinical Center in Tuzla. Individual analyzed, broad evaluation, values immune monitored documented. Results: There no differences age, gender BMI examined groups. statistically significant difference related OS, SKT, DKT, PGN, 2h ppPG, HbA1c. A found TSH females, FT4 (rS = 0.375 pvalue 0.045) wellas HbA1c 0.313 0.019) 2x ppPG 0.281, 0.036).Conclusion: expression control is strongest group Their identification risk factor detection their subclinical signs extremely important early implementation preventive therapeutic strategies, which could change course diabetic complications significantly improve prognosis diabetes.

some properties of fuzzy hilbert spaces and norm of operators

in this thesis, at first we investigate the bounded inverse theorem on fuzzy normed linear spaces and study the set of all compact operators on these spaces. then we introduce the notions of fuzzy boundedness and investigate a new norm operators and the relationship between continuity and boundedness. and, we show that the space of all fuzzy bounded operators is complete. finally, we define...
